What if your schedule changes ?

We understand schedules might change, we are here to support you with the most flexible cancellation terms, so that you can book with confidence and take advantage of the early bird prices.

If you cancel your delegate participation upto 8 weeks before the event, we will refund the full amount - no questions asked.

Even a day before the event - if you think you can`t attend personally, you can always replace your colleague or partner without any extra charge.

If you or your replacement couldn`t attend at all, we will move you to the next year - without any charge.
