• If you cancel your delegate participation upto 8 weeks before the event, we will refund the full amount - no questions asked.
• Even a day before the event - if you think you can`t attend personally, you can always replace your colleague or partner without any extra charge.
• If you or your replacement couldn`t attend at all, we will move you to the next year - without any charge.
